HELP! Can't get plans off the foam.

I used 3M spray adhesive, but I guess I put it on too heavy. Now I can't get the paper plans unstuck from the foam.
Any ideas on how do it?

Might try a hair dryer and gradually heat the paper, should loosen the adhesive.

I tried using the heat gun. I was not very successful. Then I mixed a batch of 50-50 water/alcohol in a spray bottle. The Staples paper seems to have 2 layers. The top layer came right off, but the 2nd layer was royal PITA. Lots of rubbing and scrubbing and I got most of the paper off.

That sounds like quite a hassle but it seems you were able to remove most of the paper. Good luck for the next phase of your project!

Have you tried foam safe De-Bonder??

It might help, it might not, but it's worth a shot.
