  • F4U corsair select scale

Hello all,  I have an F4U corsair select scale and the motor had went bad so I thought now would be a good time to upgrade. however I can not seem to find anything or anyone who can tell me what motor will replace the stock motor. so I turn to yall. the part number is FLZA6300   detentions are 35-36-920kv. I would like a little higher kv but I also know it needs some torque. well thanks for any help you can give

330kV jump........that's pretty aggressive there TI and unless this person knows what they are doing with power mods I see a calamity on the horizon.

Just bump the ESC as well ;) ...I didn't realize it was an inrunner style motor.

I know that but do they?? The stock motor I linked is actually a brushless outrunner(the outer case rotates).
Unless I know what their knowledge of electrical modding capabilities are I refrain from giving out too radical change info but that's just me.

The stock replacement is quite expensive. Consider this one. It's almost the same specs as the one you need at less than half the price:

I've used these Prop Drive motors and they work great. Parkzone is under the umbrella of Horizon Hobby and as such, prices are substantially higher for something that is not necessarily a better product.
