  • Official Thread-itis? In Case You're Wondering

Most of you have no doubt been noticing more and more "Official Threads" on Hobby Squawk lately. What we are doing is creating an official thread for some of our most popular models and linking to the threads via each model's product page on Motion RC.

For an example, click here to go to the Freewing Rebel V2 product page and right above FEATURES you will see the Hobby Squawk icon and a link to the official thread. What I am doing is locating the most popular thread topic on any given model and merging that thread with my post that designates said thread as the Official Thread.

    Clear as mud? :Silly:

The goal is to further engage each thread whether through current community "Squawkers" and/or new customers looking at possibly purchasing the model and are seeking additional information from fellow customers. Videos, photos, tips, tricks, mods...The usual suspects.

    So now you know!

The "Go to post" button isn't working on the threads you edited.

The Jump to Last Post feature should now be working. If you find any topic which still sends you to the first page instead of the last post it will automatically fix itself once someone posts in that particular topic. If you find a topic that has new posts and the jump to last link does not work correct, please post the link to the topic in this thread and I will fix it.

Can you please tell me what you mean by "go to post". I want to make sure it is not something different from the jump to Last Post issue that we just resolved.

Mark.....I would be willing to bet that TI meant the same as what I indicated in post#5 as a reaffirmation of that is the "last post" button. ;)
If I see a stray "Official" thread still showing this unwanted trait I'll post here as you requested.
Thanx.......so far it is looking good.

Ok, got it. Yes, this should be working now as well. Let me know if you find any topics where it takes you to the first post rather than the specific post in the "go to post" link.
