    Re: P47 1700mm CG

Let me see if I can help you. These are some of the steps that I think you have already tried:
    1. Move everything (electronic) as far forward as possible. 2. If adding weight, move it to as far forward as possible, forward of the CG. A 1700mm war bird usually has room in the cowling to add weight. If there is room in the battery cabin, add weight on either side of the battery. I like the stick on weights to add weight. These also can be cut. Since the CG is so important in flying, I invested in a Great Plane CG machine (Motion carries these I think). The machine is real accurate, and I use it when ever I can on my models. If there is a build review, read this and see how others solved this problem. RC Forum is a great place to start. Use Google and type in the model with build review. The staff at Motion is really good at helping customers; they fly all the planes the sell from what I can tell. Send them an email. They respond promptly. If you give me more details on what you tried, I may have other suggestions. Okay.

Here is a link that may be useful: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G-L9OeK2fb4. It is a review and build guide by Rich at RC informer. He is really good at this. Hope this helps.

Also after looking at that plane it looks like the gear come back some when up . Be sure you CG it with the gear up .
