I've been working on this one for a couple of weeks now. For some reason I kept getting thirsty for an ice cold soda and had to take many, many breaks;-)
The actual Pepsi biplane is a Travel Air, so I have taken some modeler's license using the WACO as a stand in. However, they both have that classic '30s look, so I'm happy with the results so far.
It is wrapped with Oracal vinyl and I have added after market LEDs for the landing and nav lights. I made a canvas cover for the front cockpit from tissue paper, not sure how well it will hold up. It is just mocked up for these photos, I still have a lot of detail work to do, like adding rigging and the extended exhaust of the prototype.
Hope to maiden it later this coming week.
