hobby king sells one. I believe version 2 is around $50. I recently borrowed one from a buddy and put it in my freewing rebel 70. Top speed was 89.5mph on a downwind pass. I was happy.
Thanks a lot CZ , bad part is its only available from the EU warehouse . By the time you get it here it will be close to $100 .Been looking at the one MRC has . Hope to find out more about it .

Check back on the site once in a while. Sometimes they show up in the U.S. warehouses. Plus,if you would, post a report on what you end up getting. Thanks! Ron
Not sure what you want to log, but I use the FrSky sensors in just about every plane I fly. You can see real time data on the TX (useful for before takeoff) and program it to show max and min values after the flight. It also logs data on an SD card in CSV format. You can usually outfit a bird with airspeed, rpm, two temps, and lipo sensors for around $60-$70. They have some real nice altitude sensors as well. But that sensor needs to be located in an enclosure with a static port. Otherwise colling air flowing through the bird will show as an altitude change.
Nice thing about that radio is that I can use sensor data as logical switches to give warnings, start logging, etc. For example I start logging when RPM is above zero. That way I can work on my bird and not log useless data. I also start a total-time-on-aircraft timer anytime rpm is above zero.
