Hi everyone
I'm looking for some tips on how to build a very slow and light aircraft.
basic dimensions:
span less than 600mm
weight less than 40g
speed as slow as possible with good turning radius
Components:
I have 1 small engine and 2 servos
The plane I want to upgrade has a basic rib-profile (ribs out of balsa with condesator foil) and about 30 degrees of dihedral. For maneuvering there is only rudder, elevator and engine. The fuselage is one carbon stick.
Here a video of the plane: video
How would you improve the speed (slower) and reduce the turning radius - is a biplane interesting?, dihedral too big?, v-tail more efficient?
thanks for your help
