    RE: F9F

Ok came home did some more adjust to elevator and added little more weight and got her up !!!! 3 1/2 minutes brought it down and 14% on battery . So I think I finally got it .Have a new fuselage on the way to make it new again !!!! Next Sunday I will try again and get some film.
I added three blocks of 1/4 oz form Hobbico to it .In the nose behind the cone

Sounds like you got it worked out now. On my MIG, I mainly just adjusted the elevator trim to more down, and was able to get it to fly well. It has been so long since I built my F9F, I can't remember for sure if I added weight, but I think I did. It is glued in behind the nose cone if I did.

Rktr it's only 3/4 oz total . The blocks are ingraved with 1/4 and used three . Adjusted a small amount of down neutral and tried it . Was a little too much down so landed and took a little out but still had some down in it . Got it leveled run 3 1/2 mins , battery showed 14% so I was satisfied .
Anyone reading thru these post please take in mind this is with the landing gear added . All research I did for info starting out was without the gear , it's all I could find .
Looking forward to getting new fuselage in to put her back pretty .

Hey Rktr I'm using the 3s 1600 . It's slide up against the nose gear . I did double check and the info on my weights is right .
