  • F9F Panther

I really like the Freewing F-86 and A6 Intruder 80mm. Do you know if Freewing will have (or considering) a F9F Panther in the 80 or 90 size?

We will consider it. Does anyone else like this idea?

Not bad. I'd support an F9F though it really had a limited service record. The F111 swept wing Aardvark would be my first choice followed by a F100 thunderchief or a T-33. Then there's the A-4 Skyhawk . A highly detailed Phantom would be nice in the 80mm lineup. Some so so phantoms out there including Freewing's 70mm version.

      Hawk
      Currently flying: Twin 80mm A-10, 80mm F5, 80mm A6, 70mm Yak-130, 70mm F-16v2,90mm Stinger 90, 70mmRC Lander F9F, Flightline F7F TigerCat, Phoenix 46 size Tucano, Flyzone L-39
      Out of Service: 80mm Mig-21,64mm F-35, 64mm F/A-18
      I Want: 80mm A-4, twin 80mm F4J Phantom

I particularly like the F9F in either the Panther or the later swept wing Cougar configuration.

Agree on this that an F9F panther in an 80mm or 90mm 12 blade size would be fantastic. Goes nice with the Freewing model line. As I had to move to the garage due my expanding airplane collection ( Thank you Motion RC ) and will be adding the A10 and the Avanti shorly. Come on Motion RC give us another reason to add to the hangar.

Still waiting on the F9F Panther in 80 or 90mm size. Would like to see it in USMC markings!

I've had the 64mm F9F with the upgraded kv motor and 65a mantis esc for about 3 years now and its been awsome, flys really well and looks great in the air. I would love to step up to a 80 or 90mm with retracts, flaps, mabye even an led ab ring.
