I was going to fly mine this morning with everything on it but then I decided to leave the tanks off, so there's not much difference with the drop tanks on??

Two excellent flyers, The F-18 flies better but the looks and quality go to the F-15.

I decided to fly the F-15 with full ordinance yesterday out at Apollo field. I was expecting some differences but there weren't any adverse affects. The ordinance actually helped my approach for landing. Thank you to Mike for taking the pictures.

Next to the F-18, the F-15 is the best flying scale 90mm EDF jet we carry in my opinion. Definitely agree on the HP version...Great jet!

Got my new Fw F-15 built and flying. I bought the high performance pkg this time around, it flies a whole lot better than the standard version. I think I'm going to like this one, just wish it was available in a different color scheme. The kit was great, no issues at all, maiden flight went as expected, hardly any trim needed. For those who are thinking about buying one, pay the extra and get the high performance pkg, its worth it. Only bad thing is, batteries come down pretty warm, flight time is a little shorter but well worth it....

Because Callie is comprised mostly of All Good Things and Awesomesauceness, she already has the livery ready to add to her website which she said she will soon! Man, now I need to get another F-15 just to put this livery on her!

The Tamiya seems to give a slightly sharper line the the others mentioned above. It is a little expensive compared to regular painter's tape. When the FW A-10 comes out I want to try the wet newspaper technique.
Thank you for the info! Much appreciated.

It was stock and I only flew it 3 times, don't like the paint job either but wanted to try another one so I bought the high performce version to find out how it really flies.
I fly mine on the Freewing 8S fan, Castle Creations 160A HV ESC, and a pair of Turnigy 5000mAh, 65C 14.8V batts. We had a GPS unit inside the plane, and in level flight after a shallow descent it registered 136.8 mph. When this beast comes screaming by you at 130 mph, 5 feet off the deck, and then pulls straight vertical...it is rather awe inspiring. This is my go to jet for everyday flying, though with the new addition of the 70mm F-16 on the 6S inrunner set-up to my fleet, it has a run for its money!!!

I am not a builder. Oh sure I can slap a Plug-N-Play together with the best of them but when it comes to any kind of significant build from a kit or ARF, I lack the tools, space, patience, mechanical ...
