I'd like to see it follow the design philosophy of the Carbon Z T-28 - lightweight with a big ol' fat airfoil so it can fly like a real Warthog (sloooow). That way we can chug around at under half throttle and extend our flight times. I suppose the scale features that you and Freewing include (plus all those Mavericks and CBU-87s hanging off it) would make weight a challenge. What would be other design challenges for a slow flying EDF? As I understand it, EDFs are typically more efficient at higher speeds.
