Remote is serial number

Hi I’m relatively new. I bought the habu70 mm jet a few weeks ago. I have registered with the ama and taken the trust test. I tried to register with the faa but they need a remote id serial number. No one has given me a good answer as to where I can find it. Is that something I have to buy and install? Finally do I need a remote id to fly in a fria zone?

It will become obvious as you read that this is NOT a beginner pilot’s bird. You will be advised to get some hours on a low performance trainer before trying to fly the SR-71. Fail to follow this advice at your own risk.

It’s a fun bird for “experts” but only seconds away from a crash for others.

There's actually a jet I think e-Flite released years back called a Habu, much to my chagrin. He may be referring to that?

FYI…The nickname "Habu" originated with local residents of Okinawa, where the SR-71 Blackbird was deployed, referring to a poisonous viper found there.

Good catch everyone. That makes more sense, for sure. In the off chance he did mean the SR-71, he has been informed.
