    TiredironGRB's Flightline 2000mm B-24 Review and Build

I received the B-24 today, it shipped from China and the box really showed it...even though the box was very beat up there wasn't as much as a scuff on the model, very well packaged. I can't say enough about the quality of this model, the fit, finish and detail are outstanding and as you will see in the pictures it's a modeler's dream canvas.

The same wheels as the Freewing 1700mm A-10, nice detail on the struts.

Very glad to see the sturdy prop adapters on the B-24 instead of the weak 4mm threaded motor shafts used on other large bombers.

Tons of room in the waist gunners area.

The slot to remove the servo arm screw is a nice touch.

Here you can see the hinges for the nose gear door upgrade are already in place.

The nose gear should hold up good since the strut is so short.

This is inside the nose, lots of room for detailing.

I love these props, very scale appearing with all the hub detail. The hub is painted metal gray and the bell is silver...I can see where these props will be an upgrade for all my B-17s.

The battery compartment is huge and there's plenty of room behind it for electronics.

I started work on the turrets and FPV camera installs, I used a cut down tail wheel servo tiller to move the nose turret.

I've never ordered two of the same exact plane, while I have many Corsairs they are different sizes and manufactures. I've got the green one preordered, I may just go ahead and preorder the silver one as well.
