Great day for flying the Warbirds. Winds were any where from 5-15mph, and for short times calm.
Today was the first attempt at putting the Mobius on one of my Mustangs. Worked great on my P-51D Iron Ass.
Here's another video of my P-51D "Iron Ass" from yesterday.
Watch and enjoy.
I'm not a "Need for speed" flyer. But in this video I do one pass maxed out for a couple seconds(3:50). You can hear the motor reacting to the 5s setup.
I am still tweeking my T-28 hope to maiden her with all the upgrades this week, I will be going to the field to do that. I am going to try a hat cam today see what I get.
here are todays flights, it was my first time using hat cam, so please be gentle. 1st flight was with a 1300mAh 3s, 2nd flight was with a 1300mAh 2s. Enjoy!

Came out good! You did better than I did at it! I always had a problem when it was close to me because I didn't raise my head up enough to get it centered. Anyways, it's a little speed demon on 3s! Glad you missed the house... I didn't LOL!
Thanks Lauren! I am still having to look down at my new TX to see where my trim tabs are. With this little plane glancing away can be dangerous. I swear this thing jumps to light speed when I'm not watching. Plenty of times I have darn near smacked into the tree, turned the plane into a lawn dart, or done Santa impersonations, and tried to "land on a roof" while looking down to see what I am doing instead of watching the plane. It does not help that it turns into a dot fast! I also get complacent and don't realize how fast the thing really is sometimes. Even at 50% throttle the plane is quick and can get away from me; a lapse of thought and I loose orientation, like today I forgot I was no longer inverted almost pushed the plane into the earth instead of pulling up. I really like my little plane.... If I could just learn to judge its speed while landing I could stop buying props LOL!
