Woo Hoo! I received my Tower Hobbies 990mm Corsair today. Build was quick and easy. I wanted a hand-launchable 900+mm airplane. This appears to fit the bill. As in all of my aircraft, I installed a Lemon Rx with Gyro in her. I will be running 3S 2200's through her. I will let you know how the maiden goes. This is the perfect size for me. No retracts to get torn off no flaps to malfunction, just simple seat of the pants hand launch flying fun. I fear it may be underpowered but I guess I will find out. Peace.....
Edit : 6/22/18 I am not exactly sure why, but the ESC has to be recalibrated each time I turn it on. I wonder if there is some way to avoid this. You have to wait for the beep, turn throttle on high, wait for another beep, and return throttle to zero before it initializes with the three beep signal. I got the CG balanced perfectly with moving my 2200 3S all the way forward. I was going to take her out this a.m. but the wind came up suddenly. I also have trouble getting the prop to seat correctly. It does not want to tighten. I can manage to tighten it if holding a wrench, but that should not be necessary. I will write more as I discover the good and the bad. Peace
