Flying the larger gas plane so much has really messed up my war bird flying. Seriously, when I fly a war bird now I feel like damn this is hard, you got to really fly it. I need to get the Mustangs and Corsairs back out more..

Aussie champ Chris Brislin at my club recently. Nice bloke, did a little 3D clinic for us 3D pilots. Not bad considering it was a bit windy and a borrowed airframe on the day.

My Red Tail is back in action after a hiatus so to speak. Had a slight problem with it today. The left wheel was not turning freely due to me putting glue on the c clip that of course ended up on the wheel shaft, that caused friction. Also a gremlin apparently had my elevator trim out of wack because I almost nosed it over again and when I did get it in the air I had to up trim the hell out of my elevator.. I ended up flying with the back up stock spinner and prop set up because the first attempt was a nose over and broke prop. Not sure if I can even prop mod the new set up. Anyway, after I got the kinks worked out, I flew it. It flew great and sounded great. Enjoy

:)Ben, I felt the urge to take off and roll immediatly into a vertical loop, because most of my fellow club members watching, they fly the 3D gassers and do that 95% of the time when they take off.... Wanted to show them this EDF has plenty of power!!:Cool:

Here's one of my latest vids featuring on board footage of my Staufenbiel Red Bull Edge 540! Now that school's out for summer I have my field all to myself! (Me & a handful of buddies.) I was especially pleased with how the music synched with the takeoff.
