I think you did pretty good considering all of your gauges were frozen

Thanks Steve, Bill. Yeah, I need to check the instruments again on their operation. Maybe they are all frozen... Good excuse for all of the flip overs! Lol!

Horrid crash from yestarday, with the FMS T28 800mm. I lost orientation down low as the tree line was in my background.. Ouch!

All three prop blades disentigrated, the motor completely ejected from the nose -- hanging by wires. Front gear a tad bent. Both rear gear knocked off...

Amazingly, no wing damage. And I had completely reglued one side of the wing after another crash that shorn it off... Way to go, Gorilla Glue...

Nose could be slightly compressed... Will need to check... After a previously compacted nose, it looks surprisingly undamaged. But need to make sure it's straight...

Of course, the motor mount is what got destroyed... And the cowl... Could be all repairable for minimal $$. I am almost tempted to just get another one. Super robust foam, if it can put up with my flying skills, with this little amount of damage at high speed...

I totally blew it... No fault of the plane.

                      RE: FMS 800mm T 28

Yes she has been airborne several times after my mishap, until yesterday. Was flying indoors with it, Applied throttle rolled out nice and smooth lifted off, starting to bank left so i applied right rudder rudder and elevator to correct , started going to the right slowly, so i applied the throttle to climb out slowly and then it happened.
As i applied more throttle, I seen it shake a little and it went hard right straight down into the astro turf. Broke the motor plate pushed the motor up into the cowl. bent the prop shaft almost 90 degrees and took off the front wheel. Funny thing is my prop didnt break, course im using a prop adapter and amaster air screw prop. So off I go to fix her. She will fly again soon
