Dynam Bf-110 motor issues

hey guys..finally got the 110 together ,wired up and ready to ground test it..but having motor issues. I followed the steps in the video on MRs site about resetting it to factory, but that didnt work..In fact,mines not really acting like that.. what both motors are doing is stuttering , acting like they want to go in both directions..meaning, they stutter one way,then go back the other direction ,and repeat..if I advance the throttle further, they either stop working,or just delay,and go back to stuttering. any ideas whats might be going on here?

Have you also calibrated the ESCs? It kind of sounds like a bad connection.

Hello TSH,
Dynam 30 and 40amp ESC's will demonstrate that pulsing characteristic more often than not if the 'timing' is not set for LOW. The higher rated amperage ones seem to be fine.

I followed the video to reset the ESCs,but I think that method sets them to medium...how do you set it to low?

Hello TSH,
All the Dynam's that I have came with an inclusive document in the assembly manual called " Manual of Brushless Motor Speed Controller" or a separate pamphlet titled the same. If you are not comfortable programming the ESC's via your transmitter and listening/interpreting sounds then get this programming card.

Just get the ESC programming card... especially if you have a few of the Dynam ESCs it is well worth having.

Turnigy's programming card that looks the same is the same. (I have both) Cross-matches to several of the Chinese ESCs.

To safely test an ESC programming card on a different brand ESC: Note the light settings when you first use the card. If the results of changing the "I'm alive" music setting is not appropriate then put it back the way it was.
You could actually develop a set of notes for the different effects of using the card with any ESC that can be programmed by a card. They just change the order of the buttons.

Med should work fine , dont put it to low cause you will lose top power

lol, well, thanks, but that plane was sold off along time ago.
