      Hi There,

I've built two of these now.

Here is the video of my maiden, in which I also talk about the power setup.

      Here is the second flight.

The 2nd build is powered by a NGH 17cc petrol engine. I have not yet flown it. But will post videos once I do.

I have built two of these VQ Models P-47/NEXA P-47 models, one electric and one petrol powered. I think they are fantastic value and they look and fly great.

Here is just 48secs of my VQ Models P-47/NEXA P-47 models engine test. I just love the sound ! (Yes, I realise that it is just a weed-whacker) but it still sounds great.

The maiden will be in a few weeks.

I’m late to my build but really excited with how it’s turned out. I installed the motor, spinner, and prop from an FMS 1500mm razorback. The planes are similar in size and weight so should work nicely and I love the scale appearance. Retracts will be here soon from Motion rc and the maiden come spring.

Hello, I just purchased this model with the recommended ngh 17cc gas motor. Will be my first ever gas plane, I have been flying foamies for about 10 years everything from trainers to warbirds to edf jets. I’m very excited and nervous lol. What kind of flight time should I expect on a tank of gas with a broken in engine. Thank you!

I am about to assemble this plane. are the Nexa retracts that are recommended any good. They appear to be plastic in the product image. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
