And just like that, it is going back together. The new HVLP helped a lot! Very smooth application and no overspray.

Now for another piece of news I would appreciate some feedback.

Raffle or Silent Auction? Once this bird gets a few flights for fine tuning, it is going to up for one of these to raise funds for the AMPS RC Club. Would appreciate any insight as to which could generate the best potential for the event, TBD.

Lookin fanfreakintastic there, as always! That is a tough call though. I would think a raffle would generate more funds to the club (dependent on ticket price/sold). Silent auction would be low balled to get the best deal. So unless you was to put a set 'reserve' on the auction, I would go the raffle route.

In case anyone is wondering, successful maiden today. Took a couple false start trips to the field, but worth the effort fo a nearly flawless maiden flight.

Club event comes up in early Oct. (10/16) I believe. Flying, swap meet, some competitive flying challenges and several raffle prizes are up. We’v Decided to try a silent auction with reserve. Here she is getting the final dress and clear coat.
