Need some help with the EXPO and Rates, anyone got any suggestions? Stock Dynam F4U set up with stock throws, no expo, but have low rate and high rate. What % expo should i use? was trained on bone stock 4 channel 20 yrs ago i know its small stick movements but have never flown with expo and getting ready to get back in hobby i taxi test yesterday and got off the ground a little but brought it back down wanted to fly/veer to the left hit the grass on side of runway flipped and snapped the rudder off clean break at the hinge point and bent the landing gear a little on one side lol i was lucky i guess.

For what it is worth. For me there is no magic number as every plane is different. I usually dial down the travel on ailerons and elevator and set expo 60% or 65% on every plane. If it is too much I land and adjust. What works for me and I mostly fly in low rates.Comment
