RX600SP won't disengage throttle.

RX600SP DSMX receive can't be programmed to disengage throttle.
I copied a plane which has a different receiver but is DSMX. The Throttle off switch does NOT prevent the propeller from starting.
The DX9 xmtr shows that the switch is active but the propeller still turns.on.
What can you advise?

Throttle kill at -100? You probably have it at -130.
