Official 800mm Tempest PNP Thread

Replaced the ESC with a Toytense 20A so I could get reverse thrust, (personal preference, nothing else) and found a LOT of weight behind the lower nose where the air hole is. Removed one of the 4 of these and the ZEEE 3000mAh 3S 50C battery fits perfect and has spot on CG. Will try a flight as soon as the weather clears.

What kind of flight times are people seeing withe the
Admiral 3s 1000mah .
Also as the plane will take up to a 2000mah do I change the battery connector to jst or the ESC connector to match my battery. I havent found an adapter to go from an XT 30 or 60 to a jst.
Nor a battery over 1000mah with a jst on the MRC site.

One minor nitpick. This is NOT a micro model, as stated in your first post. This guy weighs 16oz.
