FMS 55" Corsair

Kitbuilder, My Red Bull Corsair is pretty much an FMS. Do you fly off grass? Having trouble taking off without nosing in even with full up elevator. I fly off a rough grass field. Any ideas.

Our runway is paved however on my first flight I noticed the tail popped up real quick and almost dinged the prop but I reacted to it.
I like to full with full rates and lots of surface movement early on as I never know what to expect and want to have enough of whatever I need just in case.

I have a feeling with the tires being a bit small they catch and this plane is a bit nose heavy anyways. No suggestions other than to keep it mowed short or putting bigger tires on which may no longer fit in the wells. Sorry ....

Also on full up... is this under way or just starting out on the roll.
