Bancroft DragonFlite 95 vs Joysway DragonFlite 95?

I was curious if Bancroft took over from Joysway, or if they've licensed the design and are producing it now? I sail and race in a group of these, and we're wondering about the pedigree before recommending the boat. Any thoughts?

When you get the box, at least for the 65 anyway it's a joysway box and manual.
