Lemur transmitter channel 2 forward reverse not working

Hey all, I'm loving my new Lemur 1/24 truck. All was well until my 2 year old granddaughter got ahold of the transmitter and began pushing all of the button repeatedly. I've tried all of the control systems reset including a full reset. All I can get is lights on and off via the bind button and I can steer left and right. Can't seem to get and forward or reverse. I'm worn out. Any tips? Thx
