      There are still a battery of tests that I want to run on them in bright clear direct sunlight. It’s been raining here for days and I am waiting for the rain and clouds clear. The majority of the testing so far has been overcast lighting and the IR receiver has proven to work amazingly well in that lighting so I have high hopes.

      Then there is the finding the best way to wire and install them that is easy enough that those with little experience can manage it. The new IR receiver is kinda plug and play but it does not use “HL plugs”. I will go over this in more detail in another thread soon.

      I have three of the new units of which two are installed. The third if all continues to go well will be for another person to test and confirm my findings.
