    someone told me it's ok to use 6 cells in my M-41. can someone confirm this?

    Yes they are. Very safe with no special handling needs. In my M41s I run 7 and 8 cell NiMH which is a fair amount of power. ( note: The battery boxes have been removed to make room for the larger sizes)

    Only draw back to NiCD are they tend to “take on a memory” and this causes them to not charge or discharge to their maximum potential. You would be better off using NiMH of the same size. None of the “memory” issues yet just as safe and simple.

        You will be fine. 7.2 vs 7.4 volts. Go drive your tank
