Which gear box?

Hello, I am currently in the process of switching out my gearboxes on my Henglong King Tiger and am looking at buying one of the two gearboxes available on Motion RC. One is a High/low -long shaft gearbox and another is a middle/low -long shaft gearbox. My question is what is the difference between the two (I can’t really tell from the images) and which gearbox is the right one for my king tiger.
Any help is appreciated!

Looks like Mid/Low Short Shaft is OEM for the King Tiger...
