Is there any way of increasing the speed on this tank, It seems to run too slow.

Believe it or not the HL Sherman is actually faster in 1/16 scale then it should be to represent real word Sherman speeds.
Option 1 to make it faster you will need to “up” the voltage. The stock battery at peak charge puts out ~8.4v. You can safely go up to 9.6v before things get really HOT. You will need to make some modifications to fit a 9.6v batter as these are only available in NiMH and do not fit inside the stock battery box. I would not recommend using a 3cell 11.1 Lipo as this are put out over 12v which maxs our the MFU and other systems.
Option 2 is replace the stock 380 motors with better higher performance 380 motors like those offered by Taigen Tanks. The HL Sherman can not fit the more common red 390 motor as upgrades to solve speed issues.
