Tiger 1 tx/rx questions

Pretty sure its the tiger 1 anyway.
Ive had this thing sitting around a while, I think the TX is bad, it has the RX-18 board in it, I see everything is 6.0 or better, so, should I try to find someones old rx18 rx and tx for it? Or how much of a PITA is coverting it to the new stuff?

Not plug and play. You will have to splice some wires and add a few new plug ends. Nothing hard.
