Battery source for micro Abrams?

Hello. New here. Getting back into rc. Need to find a replacement battery for my Dragon 1/72 M1 Abrams tanks. I searched the interweb some with no luck and no leads on Dragons web site. Any info would be appreciated if anyone has some. Thanks for your time.

Thanks. It's a start. Looks like they're out of what I need.
I may just search for the battery by size maps volts ect
