I want to make the rear panel of my t34 removable, or hinged to make access to the smoke unit easier, would a CA unbonder make this possible or is using a razor saw the way to go

I have used de-bonder but mostly just simply prying to remove glued on parts. How hard it is to remove an item depends on how well it was installed at the factory. Sometimes it’s super easy and sometimes not so much.

Mate, I think they used a whole lot of glue on the back panel. What do I have to watch out for when applying the unbonder

Really the only thing to watch out for is if you have painted the tank. De-bonder will ruin paint. It is also a bit messy when it “melts” the CA glue so have something to wipe the “gooey”mess off with.

One last question, what is the best debonder to get, or doesn't it really matter

debonder is just nitromethane so if you fly gas RC planes/cars,and have it on hand can just use that
