t72 problem

So today i decided to install my 2 new HL red motors into my T72 no issues except for the shorter wires but I was able to get it all sorted ,Now here is the issue when I try to move the tank Forward Reverse it now turns left and right its like my controls are swapped some how . also i noticed the front of my hull on the left and right side on the front idlers the lower hull has cracked any fixes for this ? could really use some help here.

Sounds like you switched the controller to the optional setting. Press and hold the “G” button down and at the same time move the left stick down. This should put you back to factory default setting. Once back in factory setting if the forward and reverse are backwards you will have to swap the motor wires around, red to black.

The forward hull cracks unfortunately are common. All three of my T72/90s have them. The fix I used is simple if you have some basic modeling skills, the explanation on how to do it is sounds more complicated then it actually is to do.

well no luck still doing the same thing guess ill have to swap the wires like you said. hell now it wont even stay running for no longer then a min on new battery . i dont get it seems like everything i have purchased from motion is either broken when it gets delivered are breaks shortly after.
