Chally 2 problems

Well of all my tanks this chally 2 is living up to its name and being a real challenge. Have any of you owners had that idler adjuster let loose no matter what you do?this is what I mean as you can see it's adjusted all the way out. Or do I have to use the new track breaking tool and remove a link
