I am very interested in your driving experience. I purchased a cheap 6 wheel drive truck. It has proportional control for both throttle and steering both of which are excellent. But the motor is sort of weak for this size truck. Eachine eat01 rc military truck rc army truck with led light 1200mah battery 1/16 2.4g 6wd full proportion all terrains rc military vehicles rtr heavy off road crawler for adults and kids Sale - Banggood.com sold out-arrival notice

Its pretty bad ass. All the Youtube videos on it, are spot on. One thing it needed really bad was a steering servo swap out. It came equipped with a 9gram servo...not sufficient for a truck of this weight. I put in a 20gram servo, made a world of difference. It's no speed demon, but it's not supposed to be. I don't care for the turn signal "clicking" when you turn, but the light is cool...that can be unplugged......provided you buy the upgrade version with light & sound. Over all Im pleased with it, the detail is awesome. It's almost a shame it's not 1/16 scale...Your rig is cool too. I almost scooped up the WPL 6X6 M35 all metal kit that Taigen tanks sells....maybe one day....its a 1/16 as you know. Frank Woods "Call of Duty" is at the Helm...

        Does this have engine sound?
I was looking at the tiny Toro Schwimmwagen, but it just feels something is missing without sound.

Yes sir. It has 4 or 5 (can't remember how many) swapable engine sounds like Henglong offers on the 6.0 electronics. This is done however via a button on the sound module which is separate. The Light module is separate as well, all under the hood.

I have the M35 all metal kit from taigen. Haven’t had the chance to build it but looks really good and robust compared to the cheap plastic two axle version from wpl that I had bought and it drove 10 feet and spun its crappy plastic gear on the axle.

The metal kit M35 trucks are not that bad. I have 2 projects going with them. One is a regular body M35 Deuce and a half. The second one is my version of an M54 Viet Nam gun truck.
