When will Motion RC get more Heng Long tanks in? I can't wait to purchase the Sherman and King Tiger from them. They have great prices.

I think they have their # in their website. I called them once about my package. they answered right away. You can call or email them if you need to know soon. Then you can let us know too :-)

They aren’t getting any is the general consensus. Unfortunately they seem to have given up on Heng Long tanks. Just go to Ebay and get what you want from Toucan Hobby.

I can't seem to find all the versions of the Heng Long tanks anywhere? If Heng Long just updated all their tanks I would assume they would have them somewhere to purchase. Makes me sad. Did they only make a small amount of all their tanks? I find this hard to believe. Also because Motion RC just put out all these videos of all the Heng Long tanks and Motion RC seemed excited to get them in.

Also, are Heng Long tanks not good? They looked pretty sweet.

From Rubicon's post, you just need to go to Ebay and they are there. I went to Ebay and typed "Henglong RC tank". There were 2300 results.

              I own 13. Happy happy.
The more screws it takes to reassemble a tank, the more likely it is you left something out!

This was Motion RC response to my supply question.

Heng Long has recently announced that they will be changing their business model to support the growing global demand for their products. In the past, Heng Long would produce 20+ different tank models in small batches during each production run. While this allowed them to offer a wide variety of models in a short period of time, this did not allow them to achieve certain economies of scale related to mass production. In their new business model, Heng Long will be producing large batches of only four tank models during each production run, and they plan to have approximately four production runs each year. With this type of large batch production, there will be periods of time throughout the year when certain tank models will be out of stock for several months at a time.
Motion RC is working closely with Heng Long to improve their production processes and help develop methods to produce more tank models simultaneously. In the meantime, we encourage you to consider models which are in stock and we appreciate your patience if your desired tank model is out of stock.

Thanks for looking to Motion RC!

But I did check eBay and I'll order my very first tanks from there. Think I'm gunna go with the Sherman and King Tiger.

Since I think you are new with us, make sure you purchase those from Ebay that have the "US" in the title or the location of sale is from New Jersey. Your item will be arrived to your home faster. You can also check on Toucan Hobby website and order tanks that are in the their US warehouse. Enjoy!

That’s is same as the one they posted several months ago but nothing has come of it. Other suppliers have obviously gotten restocks of tank since, but not Motion. Its just a long winded way of saying they aren’t getting tanks anytime soon (if ever again) so stop waiting.

Oh I'm not waiting for them. I went on eBay as you guys suggested. I'm going to get the Sherman (for the kids) and the King Tiger for me. I'm excited!

They have the 7.0 versions. Are they just as good as the 6.0?

Yes and no. They only have two engine sounds not four to choice from. Otherwise they are about equal.

Funny you would think the newer version would have the most and better options. I guess I'll try to find a 6.0 first. If I can't, then I'll just get the 7.0

The 7 is a good system just can’t figure why HL dropped the other engine sounds it cost nothing to have them. Oh well it’s a Chinese company and they don’t think in business terms like westerners do.

Are those other engine sounds that noticable? If I get the Sherman and King Tiger in the 7.0 is it going to ruin the experience for me?

No because one is the Tiger. It’s not great for a Sherman but isn’t horrible either.
