I did not do any wiring. I just connected it to the black pin cable and pushed into slot LED tail-light #3 in the 6.0S board.SoCal RC Tank Club Facebook Group

It took three weeks to get a small 8x4x3 box from Germany to get to me at my cost of almost $50 :-(SoCal RC Tank Club Facebook Group

Once they are on, they are on. I used super glue as I don’t want any part to fall off if I ride it outdoor. They would be difficult to replace:-) Everything was glued onto the upper hull. It is best to unscrew the hull out and leave it separately to work on tracks and wheels.SoCal RC Tank Club Facebook Group

I thought German people are very detailed and throughout. The instruction on the panzer III side skirts was horrible even though it was in English. I had to guess on many part applications.SoCal RC Tank Club Facebook Group

This is probably my last project on the side skirt thread. I bought this static HL panzer HL ausf F2 for $80. I replaced it with the steel gearboxes, 6.0S main board, metal sprockets, Taigen metal tracks, new speakers. I replace the old barrel with the metal one that had the muzzle brake of an ausf G or H version. I put aiming light and launch flashing light. I won't convert this on to IR. I want to leave the skirt pieces in individual piece. If I do IR, I then I have to glue them all together. And I don't want that. This is what I have done so far. I will finish it this weekend. And of course I
will put a bunch of extra track links on top :-)
