Taigen Tiger Project Lives again! (Sorta!)

Well folks I got my parts in for my Tigers repairs and got it together\wired up only to find out none of the functions from my tk22 board seem to work other then backword\forward on the motors...... Is this a common issue or do I just have a faulty board? (It is old...) Also does anyone have a wiring guide for the mato IR turret? It seems to have extra plugs and I can't find instructions anywhere (Or what each wire does...)

Here are some pictures inside my Mato KT with the TK22. It is running just fine. If you need more pictures from a different angles, let me know. For the the turret, I don't have any instruction. I opened it once to put the LegoDEI IR receiver in. If you really need help, then I might be "willing" to open it again for some pictures for you to observe. I didn't look at how it was wiring inside the turret. I am a little reluctant to open something that is functioning accordingly :-)
