HL leopard wheel replacement

I'm thinking about upgrading my heng long leopard with metal tracks and wheels. I think I've figured out everything but the upper track support wheels which look to be pressed on. How in the world do you replace these wheels?

The press fit wheels need to be pried out and the new ones pressed in.
