Unlike the HL tanks, this one didn't come with anything for the IR other than the two bulbs in the TC's hatch.
Am I missing a part(s) or do I just hang the bulbs out ot the hatch as shown?

My Mato Sherman had the same..yep, they just hang out!The more screws it takes to reassemble a tank, the more likely it is you left something out! -
