HengLong gearbox issue

New to Heng Long tanks and my 2nd post here. I have an issue with my King Tiger tank, the turret makes a loud gear sound in one direction and quiet in the other, it also won't program the turret speed. I tracked the gear sound down to the turret gearbox being bad, does anyone know if a bad gearbox could also keep the turret speed setting from working, anyone have this same issue? Thank you.

Can't answer your question, but I recommend you post on your original thread when you are working the same problem. Just a matter of convention. It keeps others aware of what you've already tried.
