  • Motion RC defective tank return

    I was wondering who may have had to return a bad tank for a refund? The week before I sent it they said once they receive it the refund should be 2 to 3 days later. They received the tank this last Monday the 8th. By Wednesday I didn't hear anything from them so I contacted them and they haven't replied back, today I did that chat and they said the people I needed to talk to weren't there. I have a 2nd tank to return to them "wrong tank sent" but I don't want 2 tanks in limbo. Two out of 3 bad tanks, think I'll go back to Toucan on Amazon where I got my first 3 Heng Longs with no issues. Thank you in advance for your reply, Dave.

    I'll tell you a little story about Toucan. When I ordered my Jagdpanther, they sent me a King Tiger (which I already had). Toucan wanted ME to send the King Tiger , to the customer who received my Jadgpanther, and for that customer to ship me MY tank.-----TRUE Story

    When I bought my Jadgtiger from Motion, the MFU was all screwed up. Cannon would fire on startup all by itself. I shot Motion a vid (which I still have up on my YT channel) and Motion, without hesitation, sent me a brand new MFU.

    The moral of the story is: Nobody is perfect. Motion will take care of you. If a picture is worth a thousand words, then a phone call is worth 1000 emails.

      I'll agree no one is perfect. The King Tiger had what i determined to be a bad turret gearbox, over the phone they were going to let me fix it. During phone call the person later said that i didn't sound happy with the tank so just return it. They received it on Monday. I will be calling them this coming Monday.

      My 3rd tank I ordered from them was spose to be the Jagdpanther but I received the Panther Type G, I was going to keep it anyway but it was also bad, 7.0 card I believe but they didn't want me to fix it. I don't want to send it back for the Jagdpanther until they tell me if they have my first tank.

          Hello, yes i had tracking and it was delivered Monday the 8th around noon. I waited until Wednesday to email them after not hearing from them. The week before they said it takes a couple days to get things taken care of. Wednesday in their email they said they would check with the warehouse, no reply so Thursday I sent another email with no reply so today I did their chat and was told no one was there that could check my Ticket status and to call Monday.
