I just got a "open box" M1A2 from Motion. They said the control board may be bad. I took the top off and found two motor wires touching ( the insulation at the connectors was slid back). Everything worked perfect ! They actually included extra parts also, very lucky to get a great deal. Now it's torn down and gonna get a bunch of stuff done to it. I look forward to you getting yours put back together.

I tore down my Taigen Panther 3 times until I got the paint scheme right. It was my earliest attempt at a paint job and I originally covered the nice factory but ridiculously dark scheme just with Tamiya Red Oxide primer. I learned to paint after that on my first Tamiya. You'll be fine and the Panther G has probably the best selection of different camo schemes of all tanks

Since it is all apart, it looks to be time to tear out that battery box and magnetize the hull! :)
