I'm confident if you fight it that you will get your money back. I am in no way trying to poke at you. This is a sh1t situation that these rotten scumbags do, this not just to you but look at all the other RC stuff they list. Reminds me of the other equally lowlife pieces of shart that were advertising on the FB model groups before and during the holidays last year. Same scammy scam, pieces of scam. Best luck with it. Be sure to let us know how it works out.

Oh and wouldn't it be totally funny if it indeed did show up and they just made a pricing mistake...

Sorry to hear you got took. Jerry and I exposed this scam back in 2019. Read this thread, and at the end there's a video showing what I got. On this thread I'm Crius, my RCU screen name.

RC Tanks - Anyone feeling adventurous? - Wanna take a chance on a pig in a poke??? You know when they say wome seems too good to be true..? Well here it is... Jerry Metal Remote Control Tank(50%off+freeshipping)

Definitely not a full metal tank. I think in that scam they showed the $16,000 King Tiger, but towards the end of the thread there's a video showing the cheap toy I got, and the thread also explains why Jerry and I ordered these. We knew right from the start paypal would refund our money, or we would have never done it, plus with our scam it was only about 60 bucks. Paypal already knew about it, and told us it's almost impossible to stop these guys. The ad will be up for a while, it get's exposed and they just shut everything down, take what money they had already scammed, and open a new scam site somewhere else.

Site was created 2024-02-29T01:32:05Z Info on sites can be found on the internet on the "whois" sites sponsored by the domain hosting companies like GoDaddy. If the site has only been up a few weeks, that's a red flag to me. Better to buy from a reputable site. There are absolutely ZERO metal 1/8 or 1/6th RC scale tanks that are below $2000. Most metal 1/8 and 1/6th scale tanks go for above $4000 and average more like $6000. Even a 1/10th scale tank runs around $1500 and up unless you 3D print it yourself. You can find some 1/6th and 1/8th scale tanks cheaper *IF* you don't get them as RC and they are static only. Those would be like Field of Armor tanks and similar to Hooben, you are gambling with your money. FOA's reputation is really bad. They have screwed a lot of people out of money.

And anyone that is about to respond and say, this tank or that tank is cheaper than that...yeah...maybe it is. I'm just saying on average. Any of the cheaper 1/10th tanks will be Hoobens so you take your chances there.

Welllll Lookie here these scammers are sooo blatantly using MotionRC's pictures and NOW posting up MotionRC's videos with their scammer links etc. Anyone have an idea how to contact MotionRC since the squawk is their site? Reporting this to Facebook does very little. Maybe if MotionRC got involved, more would get done faster and less people would get taken advantage of.

When we did this at RCU they were taking PayPal. We contacted PayPal and told them what was going on but it seemed as though PayPal really didn't care.
