Their prices and shipping are higher then buying through one of their many eBay names. You can't talk (deal) them down in price or shipping like on eBay.

You also do not get any buyer assistance should you have an issues like on eBay. I just had an issue with Toucan over missing spare track links that had it not been for eBay assistance I would have been SOL forcing any action from Toucan because it was the Chinese New Year.

Toucan is usually pretty good but they do have their moments of poor CS. Unfortunately those instances are becoming more frequent.
