  • Coolbank Stuart add-on armor.

    I capitulate on this matter,..
Did someone have a WW2 era picture of extra add-on armor on the Stuart tank? (beside sandbag\T36\T16 tracks)

I originally planned to put sherman track on the stuart turret\hull ; in a similar manner like on the Churchill tank,.
But cannot validate on a historical point of view (and/or feasible in reality).

Feel free to share your suggestions\thought on this.

    Thank you RC-Tank Community !!

The Stuart was a very lightly armored tank. It was used more in a scout role due to the small caliber gun which was pretty ineffective against armored targets. It's armor was it's speed. Adding a bunch of weight using improvised armor probably would do more harm than good.

At least pigeons can't land on it and poop all over it. 😄
