  • WTB:TAMIYA SHERMAN 105 TRACK PARTS

Hello, I ended up with a used Tamiya Sherman, and the tracks are complete, but about one link to short on both sides. I would have to buy a complete set from Tamiya for a few parts. Any one have a few extra links from one that was parted out for a fair price? Thanks.

I would try messaging Rich Johnson in California. There's also a guy in Canada who is a big Sherman fan and has lots of parts, but I don't think he's registered at this forum. If Rich can't help you, let me know and I'll try contacting the guy in Canada for you.

I would be shocked if they were actually too short by one link, they are fairly difficult to take apart so I can’t imagine someone taking one link out.
are you aware the idler is adjustable and unscrews and slides back and forth to adjust the tension of the tracks.

Tensioner is loose. Track is so tight its picking up the first and last road wheels. Any thing else I should be aware of? Thanks!

Can you share a picture of the sideview of the tank?
