I do love the hetzer also!
but so relunctant to buy a tank from hooben
this inclination of using their product indoor only
Make me wonder if the tank could survive in the 'long run'' by riding on grassy surface and/or pavement.
For a non Hooben-tank-owner; It is hard to grasp this ''fragility''
This post make me watch review on YouTube.
the suspension look awfully stiff.
Again a nice addition from Hooben to your tank fleet .
wish a Hetzer version under the brand HL or Tongde
No doubt Hooben spark interest with releasing ''rare''rc tank like Cromwell & PanzerJäger 38(t)
Cheers PZloco

Having the hooben meekava and leopard 1a5 I can say, the issues they had are not for the very skilled rc tank modeler because they required a lot of maintenance and repair. The merk spends more time on the bench than in the field and the leoaprd 1a5 required a lot of rework to make run right as did the Merkava.
however the leoaprd runs good but it’s tortion bar suspension is stiff.
Also, first thing you should do is tear the trannys apart and change all the bearings with fast eddy brand or equivalent. Both of my hooben tanks the bearings fell apart one after another. In the leoaprd it caused as catastrophic gear mesh failure and broke a gear shaft and it took quite a bit of effort to get hooben to replace it for me but they did.
So I would say hooben tanks are not for amateurs or beginners as they are fragile and require some work.RC tank parts and accessories I make
