Can any body tell me the name and size of the white plugs as I have tried to hobby shops and they have given me wrong ones cannot start the build with out testing electronics.

Please, give a little more specific information on the circuit board you showed and what are you trying to build. They look like JST-PH 2.0 sockets on the circuit board. I cannot be sure without more information from you.

The JST-PH connectors are used extensively on many 1/16 scale RC tanks. Below is a picture of the Heng Long MFU.
